What a costless way to detox & i'm loving it. What i mean was actually by exercising. Went for a workout session after i got home from work and as well did some exploration in my neighbourhood. I found out that somewhere not very far from my house there is a park connector called Pang Sua Connector. I did some running which i start from my house's side gate then i ran to Stagmont Ring. There's a canal beside it and on the side of the canal there's a running & cycling track which is the Pang Sua Connector i mentioned earlier. So i ran from there all the way to Teck Whye before making a U-turn. Actually still can go on to Bukit Panjang but i don wanna run so far. After making the U-turn i ran back to the other end of the connector which is at Sungei Kadut there. When i reach there i took a mins rest to check out the map then continue to run back to my place. When i reached my place i went to the exercise corner. I did 1 set of 10 push-ups, then 1 set of 15 sit-ups, then 1 set of 10 push-ups, then 1 set of 15 sit-ups, then 1 set of 10 bench press then end with last set of 15 sit-ups. Overall spend an hour exercising and now my body is feeling so wormy.
